Mr. Spencer grew up in Crystal Lake, Illinois, where he attended Crystal Lake Central High School and captained the soccer team.

Before joining KILILIS, RIDINGS & VONAU, P.C., Mr. Spencer practiced law in another private practice and served as municipal prosecutor for Crystal Lake, Cary and Wonder Lake, Illinois. Prior to attending law school, Mr. Spencer was employed in the training division of Citibank, N.A. in Chicago, Illinois.
